My Vision

I envision a world of people who seek understanding, and who view alternative perspectives as opportunities for discovery; a world where people are living true to their values with compassion and respect for themselves and each other.
I am dedicated to offering presentations, workshops and resources that:
- Inspire people to discover and create their personal map
- Empower people to live up to their fullest potential, believing more in what they can do than in what they can’t
- Encourage people to be the leader in their own lives
- Remove the fear of life’s unknowns
- Teach people to see, think and feel differently about that which everyone sees.
I believe that we all have the potential to change the world in our own right; that life is a dance between “sailing on a dream on a crystal clear ocean and riding the crest of a wild, raging storm,”* and that beauty and purpose, conviction and power can be found equally in both. I believe that to truly honor yourself, living in integrity with your sincere values is the least selfish, most empowering act you can do, and if we all did that, I see a world that comes together out of respect, love and compassion.

I envision companies filled with employees excited about what they are doing, feeling respected in their work, students empowered by their future with the beauty of their dreams intact, and people going through life-changing transitions from divorce to empty-nesting to retirement with hope, compassion and an emotional compass to guide their way. I see a world where leaders are honest and forthright in their interactions with each other and those they serve.
